    Hi,

I am running Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on my HP pavilion notebook. When I bring the Notebook up from Suspend mode, Airplane mode gets enabled automatically. The settings button suggests to use hardware switch to disable airplane mode. The problem is, that this switch (F12 key) doesn't work and the airplane mode is not disabled. This problem persists until I reboot the Notebook.

When the Notebook is up and running, F12 key works, I mean, it is possible to turn on the airplane mode and turn it off using the F12 key.

The problem happens when Notebook is suspended (either explicitly or when it remains idle on battery). In that case, it is not possible to turn airplane mode off without reboot. This problem has become so annoying, I tried mulitple suggestions available on Internet, but nothing worked. Please help.
