acer updater has issue

    hi all every time i start my acer aspire 5750 up it comes with a message
    acer updater has a known compatibility issue with this version of windows
    program; acer updater
    publisher; acer incorporated
    locationc; program files/acer/acer power management/ e.power tray.exe
    but cant seem to get and update or download would be gratefull for any info and help
