NOTE in advance that Acer can be a pain in the a*se to deal with.

You will have to pay for your parts there and then on the phone, which would normally be OK ... the problem is that they have no way of checking stock, so you pay them then with no idea at that point when you will actually receive your item.

You can keep calling them to check if they know, as once hey have the item confirmed in stock [days, to months in my experience, but usually a couple of weeks max], then they can give you a fair guess as to when it will actually arrive.
