Acer Care Center is Not doing updates on Nitro 5

Hi, do any other Acer owners have the issue that the software that ACER says updates drivers etc isn't working?

I have had my AN517-54 laptop for over one month and when I click updates, it even failed to notify me that the ACER Care Center itself had an update. The update had been out for two weeks, and other updates of over a month, yet supposedly I am up-to-date.


I went to the support page to see what new drivers were about. There were new drivers listed over 2 weeks ago, yet the ACER care when clicked to check gave no results.

This is something that was important to me, both DELL and HP worked properly.

It is very annoying that ACER implied it worked and no issues before I purchased the laptop.

I would post a video, but as a new user, I feel vulnerable to the admin accusing me of spam.
