Acer Aspire One D150 goes through POST than black screen

    Ok so been dealing with an Acer Aspire On D150-1925 Netbook.

    What happens is I turn on the system and the Acer logo comes up with no problems. After POST the cursor in the upper left hand corner blinks for a couple of seconds and than I get a black screen. Here is what I have done so far. Any other ideas would greatly be appreciated.

    1. Updated Bios to 1.13
    2. Changed out memory stick
    3. Reinstalled XP from D2D recovery AND restore CD's
    4. replaced hard drive with a new one and loaded restore cd's
    5. Plugged sata hard drive into usb connection and still get same problem
    6. Taken old and new drive and put in desktop computer with sata connection and had no problem bringing up XP (so I know its not the drives)
    7. Made sure it wasnt the FN and F5 or F6 key for switching to monitor.
    8. If I turn off the netbook and after POST it wants to go to either normal or safe mode. If you choose to go into XP normally it just goes to the black screen. If you choose safe mode it gets stuck after all the lines on the screen of what is loading is finished.

    Any help would GREATLY be appreciated.!!
