    Hello,

I'm sad to report that I have just given up on getting inside my lovely new Happy2 to add RAM.

I saw a youtube video where a guy went in under the keyboard, removed some screws and was when able to release the baseplate to get to the RAM and drive bays - I tried this and wasn't able to get that far (so no baseplate off). I also caused myself a problem with the clip at the end of the keyboard data ribbon (fingers Xed is back in place now and working).

Anyone able to give further guidance? I'm wondering if that video was of the first Happy model and it is different the placement of the screws he removed did look dissimilar). Is there a service manual for the Happy2 in circulation?

    Thanks
    Paul
