AA1 D255 ram upgrade problem, black screen

    Hi,

    I tried to upgrade my RAM earlier today to 2 gb on my D255 netbook. I followed a video tutorial fine, but when it booted up it blue screen and rebooted.

    When it tried to reboot the screen was just black. I then removed the new RAM and placed the old RAM back in, but still all I have is a black screen.

    I have tried to used a bios flash to get it to boot but that hasn't worked either. Which was on this blog. http://macles.blogspot.com/2008/08/acer ... overy.html

    I have been search and search for a way to rectify this problem for hours now. Can anyone help????
