BTW . reflashing BIOS is fast and simple . If i have any problems
with my 10 AA1´s , i´ll go for reflash , as its not dangerous at all .
I go way back , 40 years of programming , i remember a MB maker
that wasted lots of BandWidth in forums , promising their latest
bios would enable USB 1.2 , or whatever .. 100´s of ppl had to
reflash back to original BIOS , and wait .....
Acer has no problems . you can safely reflash to 3309 , a hundred
times .. it bypasses lots of troubleshooting , as you can cross out
suspected problems from BIOS , after ya flash it .
Its a fast ,clever way to troubleshoot , as long as its repeatable .
Now for Linpus . Its utilities will turn off anyone to Linux .
I get lockups .....
