7551G-7606 BIOS Issue?

    The other day I thought I'd do a fresh start on my laptop. Wiped, re-installed windows, did my updates. Found out acer had an updated BIOS, so I got it, and ran in. Everything was going good, went through a restart, then thats when it happened. NOTHING. Now, when ever I turn it on, all I get are lights (power light), fans turning on, NO SCREEN, and 3 beeps (beeeep beep beep) 1 long, 2 short. I was told to make a DOS bootable USB Drive using HP USB Disk something, did that. Now I need the BIOS.BIN, Acers website doesnt have the .bin. It has JE70D118.ROM, and JE70D118.WPH or something like that. Once I get that I need to put the laptop into Crisis Recovery (I think its Fn+Esc+Power). If someone could help me out, link me some links to files, or something, THAT WOULD BE AMAZING!! :D
