4od catch-up

    Just wanted to share this with anyone searching the forum.

    As of April 09 Channel 4 has updated their 4od for a new flash based catch up stream service http://www.channel4.com/programmes/catch-up

    I tried for a while to get this working (as it seemed not to play) with Linpus, Firefox 2.0.0.14, Flash 10. Then found a really simple solution. All I needed to do was right click the media wrap icon in firefox (green speech bubble in a filmstrip bottom right) and disable it.

    I still get some jitter from cacheing but I can watch programs from 4 now.
