15 X M1503 does not have webcam effects

    I bought this model (M1503 15X) because it advertised that it has the ASUS 3D Noise Reduction (3DNR) - Background Blurring for enhanced privacy; Lighting Optimization to keep faces out of shadow; Motion Tracking to always keep you center-frame; and Eye Tracking.

    However, ASUS Malaysia wrote to me to say sorry this model does not support it because this model does not have a special camera module. I bought this model as advertised that it has. Has anyone made a complaint to ASUS Malaysia?? Should I feel cheated?
