120gig win XP fan problems

    I just bought a 120gig win XP 3 cel model with the very noisy fan. From what I've read on the board most outfiited this way seem to all have noisy fans. Should I try and return it to get a quiet one, or are all of this model bad. Also any word on an aftermarket replacement fan for the AA1, should I not worry and wait and replace the fan eventually.

    Try running the AA1FanControl program:

    There is a thread about it on here somewhere, too. Its great. I find my CPU runs at about 55C during normal web / email use and only hots up to 70C when I am streaming video, at which point the fan kicks in every so often to cool it down.
