This is from my experience but it seems very accurate as far as bugs go so I'm posting to help any users who are having the same problem I had.

OS installed: Windows XP /w service pack 2
512MB model with 120gb HDD running with AC plugged in

BUG: 3D acceleration in Unreal Tournament is either really slow with very whacky mouse movements or normal speed with excessive choppyness, looks like a video skipping 5 to 10 frames at a time continuously throughout gameplay.

Description of whacky mouse movements: Moving the mouse slightly makes it glide across the screen without stopping and also goes super fast with larger movements of the mouse.

No BSOD's occur, I also have not tested any other games.

After installing Service Pack 3, the game ran fine.

    That's pretty much everything...

But I still hope this help :)

SP3 also actually knows how to make use of multiple CPUs/threads without an hotfix (kernel is similar to vista's 32bits)
