    Hi,

I've got Acer Aspire One 110 with Linux and 8GB SSD.
I'm connecting to my home wireless via WIFI and here goes my problem.

Wifi keeps working great but when I Iay my hand on case at right off touchpad or press case there - wifi stops working !!!

I've reinstalled system to XP and its all the same - seems like hardware error.

Re: [linux] Cannot reconnect to WIFI after connection lost

The mechanical engineer in me says it must be a loose connection. Maybe the electrical engineers will have a better theory.

If it's out of warranty, I would take it apart & make sure all the connections are good.
If it's still in warranty, then Acer can take the responsibility -ie get a refund or get them to repair it.

Edit: Isn't the wifi card under this part of the PC somewhere? Badly fitted wifi card = loose connection when this part of the case is stressed.
