    i want to buy an xbox 360 arcade..

    was just wondering if it's easy to install bigger Hdd and rip games from internet...

    They have codes they use for the hard drives. Basically you're stuck with 60gb and 120gb hard drives. If you want to use your own 120gb hard drive, you need to create a connector for it and then there's some kinda utility you can run on it to tell it it's a 360 120gb hard drive.

    You can't play games off the hard drive right now.


    I'm soleblaze on 360. Halo 3 and Rock Band 2 are about the only games I currently play online.

    hey I JUST got a 360 on black fri. (YEA!!) I have $60 to blow. I want to hear opinions on fallout 3 and gears of war 2

    I haven't played much GoW2, but so far I liked the first better (If you haven't played the first one, I'd play that one first..to at least get a better understanding of what's going on..although GoW2 is supposed to have much better multiplayer). All I can say about Fallout 3 is that you'll kiss your free time goodbye if you get it. I played it pretty much any change I got for about 2 weeks, before finishing it at 38:45 hours in gametime. And I still have the urge to go back and play it again, being evil this time.

    TTgowings here, and with the NXE (new dashboard) you CAN now install games to the hard drive.
