    Hi~
    I'm using AAO with windowsXP
Except SSD speeds, It works well.
But the only problem is WLAN hardware button doesn't work, the button on the right side.
It worked when I used AAO with Linpus.
WLAN works, just that button doesn't.
YOu know, AAO only has 3cell battery. If I can't cut electricity to WLAN, It effects to the battery time .

    Any advices please?
How can I turn WLAN off when I don't use WLAN?

    Hi...

If you use the latest drivers available the LED for WLAN will work...as for turning it off...try flicking the physical switch on the front right near the LED, or disabling the device in the device manager.

My wlan works but the left led (if there's a led there) won't be lit if the wlan is off; and the right led will only be lit if the wlan is connected and it blinks if it's downloading something. I think that is its normal operation.

I am using the acer original drivers.

i think the one on the left is for bluetooth. obviously our models don't have bt as an option, so we get no LEDs :).

Should it be a PCIE bluetooth module to light on this led? USB Bluetooth modules have never lit it on.

If you think your SDD is slow, try http://www.FlashFire.org - download, install and reboot.
