    Hey all,

I'm running XP SP3 on my aspire one. I've tried to be "careful" about security and do all of my computing on an account with limited privileges, only using the administrator when I have to.
On some wireless networks, my browsing speed is terrible on the guest account. Regardless of my browser, it takes forever for pages to load. The administrator account has no such problem.
The only networks that have given me this problem are in public places - could that be related?

Make sure you have the wireless settings the same, especially the power options. Maybe the non-admin account is letting the wifi adapter conserve power.
