I've only connected to home wireless 2x (I've tried several times daily for a month).
Acer support has responded, but rarely reads what I write, and suggests solutions I already tried.
    Looking for other options.

    Summary of conditions:

    1. Wireless USUALLY works correctly at office. Wireless SOMETIMES works at public "hot spots" (but not always). Wireless RARELY works at home.
    2. Router appears working correctly. All other home (Mac) computers connect fine.
    3. Tried many home locations, some very close to router.
    4. Signal strength is "excellent", and "connections are available", but will not connect.
    5. Wireless card (Atheros AR5B95) is "working properly" per Windows 7 Starter. I downloaded latest driver from Acer website.
    6. I've tried resetting router (unplug/plug or turn off).
    7. Computer DOES connect to internet when using a cable.

    Thank you for any help.
