wireless not working after battery run out

Hi all, hopefully someone can help. My battery died when I was online, since plugging the One in it will not connect. Have tried turning off and on, and also tried putting into sleep mode and waking it back up. It will not open network centre either, if I click on it nothing happens

I had this too, with me a simple restart and charge did it though
