Happy birthday to me, my wife bought me an Acer accessory kit. Included in it was an Acer wireless mouse. I put in the batteries, turned on the mouse ... and how the heck do I get it to talk to the Acer Aspire? Doesn't seem to be in mouse or wireless settings...

Duh. It came with instructions. You have to pop out the usb transmitter (buried in the mouse), insert it into a usb port, then press a button on the mouse to wake it up to the signal.

My wireless mouse does not move the cursor on my LCD ( AA1 acer aspire one )

It simply needs Linpus drivers . this is a common problem ... drivers

BTW how do i reduce CPU speed on AA1 ?

Many computers will NOT notify you when they have an excuse to slow down

for various reasons ( protection . Intel runs CPU too fast so they can sell you

advice and new CPU´s , Microsoft is in on it ... go figure VCACHE.EXE , GDI.EXE , et al ...)

AA1 will execute code faster , if the CPU runs at 1200 mhz .
