Wireless Mouse Disconnects Frequently

    I'm an employee at Pearl Pipe Fittings, experiencing issues with a wireless mouse that intermittently disconnects. Battery is fully charged, but the mouse disconnects every few minutes. Using a Lenovo ThinkPad with Windows 10. Any insight into drivers or interference sources?

    windows key & R - type devmgmt.msc

    This will open the device manager on your system. Find your mouse in the list, right click and press update device or whatever it says, this might help with your issue but I cant say for certain it will work. Can you try with a different USB por? Wired mouse? Still have the same issue?
