winxp: wifi see wep connection, but won't connect

    windows sees the wifi network, but i can't connect to it. keeps on getting a "validating id" even with the right network key I recieved out of the box bios 3305. and updated the driver to 7.6.0.264, but still have the problem.

    i finally got it working. have the 3305 bios. installed latest driver 7.6.0.224 with atheros config utility. not sure how long it will work, but before i couldn't connect at all
