Conundrum's correct: you do need to sign up to the humyo site, in order to access the download. Registration is free, however. If you try KiNG's direct link, you're asked to sign in:)

I signed up and still cannot download from humyo.com since you can ONLY access your own folder. Any suggestions? I'm trying to download the manual.

Did you delete all the files? Just finished the Linux Recovery Image - now I want to download some manuals but I can't find the folder - Humyo tells me that the files are maybe deleted...

    Hello folks,

Since it's not in the downloads section here and I cannot find anybody seeding a torrent in any of my searches outside this forum, can anybody point me to a link to the Linpus Lite recovery iso?

I had an SSD AA1 and traded it for an XP version, but have been trying different Linux distros on it and want to give Linpus Lite another try.

BTW, gOS 3 Gadgets with the wbar launcher is really quite a nice fit on the AA1. You can install it with a USB CD drive using the mods from the Ubuntu Community Aspire One page.

It should be in your "Documents" folder. If you cannot find it, let us know and I'll try posting it on my server for you to download, though it is 7.1MB and may take quite a while to DL.

As a new user I'm already deeply unimpressed with Acer's support. I appreciate that the PDF manual is on the PC itself, but I need to access it online as well. Surely that should be a simple task - but no. Anyone know where they've hidden the thing?

I need the source code for the madwifi driver that the Acer Aspire One uses in Linpus; I can't get Ubuntu to work with my university's wireless network with the latest version, but Linpus works just fine. I want to recompile and elimate the driver as a cause.
