WinRAR software error, please help?

    WinRAR software after installation using the right mouse menu, the menu function in mice but appears to have no effect when clicking.

    Right now I can not Extract files from the shortcut menu, I had to reinstall Winrar and this phenomenon has happens. I have tried using 7zip software but not overcome.

    Please help, thanks!

    Can't help with Winrar.. I use Tugzip which during installation asks 'want to add Winrar (and something else) as a facet' though it is actually a radio button that one ticks...

    I have never had any trouble extracting files from 7Zip, Zip or even from Winrar Zips to a folder in the same location, or to a folder in a different location
