Not sure if others have the same problem, i seem to always after sp3 update. After p3 some updates will not install (Fail) to solve this problem do the following
start/run type cmd in dos box type net stop wuauserv hit enter, wait for the success then type regsvr32 %windir%\system32\wups2.dll hit enter, wait for popup window to say success importing to registry, then type net start wuauserv hit enter after success close window and hit the windows update site and all will be golden SNO
