Windows mobile device center-install failed?

    I have been using win 7 for a while now, and i did not have any problems installinng anything. Untill i tried to install WMDC. the installation process stops at 99 percen. If anyone managed to innstall, I would like to know how you did it.
    And if not, is there any good alternatives?
