    yeh its ok to use an extra partition to use as backup, sys img, but its better to to do a rolling backup on a external hard disk.

    I just created a backup with a CD using the amazing ''Media Recovery Creator''. So easy! I'm sure this software comes with most Windows 8.1 computers. It makes backup so easy!
