Windows 7 available for pre-order

    Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 7 Professional are available for pre-order at various sites for $50 and $100 respectively. Limit 3 copies per customer. Doesn't sound like a bad deal since Home Premium will retail for $120.

    Free shipping from amazon.com. I ordered my copies since Windows 7 RC1 has been running great on AAO 160GB and desktop machines.

    Yeah, I put in an order from Amazon today too. Actually I did it twice, I decided later that I might as well upgrade my laptop and my netbook. I figured I better take advantage of the price break while I could since it sounds like they are selling fast (top of Amazon's software sales chart) and it might not make it until July 11 when it's scheduled to go back to full price.
