wifi problem - media disconnected

    My aspire one aoa-150 suddenly stopped connecting to our wifi. it detect signals but does not connect. its not a problem with my router, as the problem happens with other routers. in cmd prompt, ip config states that for the wireless network "media disconnected". ive tried this soln

    TCP/IP stack repair options for use with Windows XP with SP2.

    Start, Run, CMD to open a command prompt:

    Reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults. netsh int ip reset reset.log

    Reset WINSOCK entries to installation defaults: netsh winsock reset catalog

    Reboot the machine.


    but it doesnt work. any help? by the way it is running ronstinyxp.
