I'm confused. From what I can gather, my Wireless adapter is making my computer lock up when it initializes. Sometimes, when I am away from my preferred wireless networks, my AAO freezes right when the wireless adapter starts up. It only happens in certain areas, and I think it has something to do with router type or something, I don't really know. It does not happen if the computer is already running, or coming out of standby/hibernation. Does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

One of my AA1 had similar problems with original Atheros card. Try to boot up machine but with WiFi card switched off - there is something to do with drivers loading in very bad/slow way. Let system start up fully and you can flick WiFi switch. Should work right - if not I suggest changing card - less problems...
