which version to get

ok..

i'm down to two versions

80gb hdd
1gb ram
3 cell battery

vs.

8gb ssd
1gb ram
6 cell battery..

same price..same linux OS
i'm going to install XP on it..and i've read about SSD being the bottle neck in speeds of the operating system

here's the question, is it worth getting the 8gb SSD if i got the samsung (faster) SSD..
or should i just get the 80gb HDD..i'm holding back on the 80gb hdd because of the battery life concern..

please don't recommend me other configurations, I know NCIX has a 120gb 1gb ram 6cell XP version, but i'm going to get it from futureshop..

please advise

if you don't want to do a lot of tweakings, get the HDD version. though i must say get a 6-cell as XP and HDD eats more power.
