    Which one do you advice?

Mostly, for good quality films (possibly I need bigger screen) , web browsing (many tabs), typing, Microsoft office, listening to music, skype video calls, should be fast (SSD), travelling, light and compact, quite descent battery. I have never played WOW, but my friend asks me to try, I am note sure if these laptops are suitable for this game (I don't play games).

    Waiting for your reply.

    Regards,

    Arthur

Thank you for your answer, something back.

Why customers say that it is slow? Find the customer quotes from the first 5 pages. Why other options customers rate better then this one you advised?

"Speed is rather on the slow side so although this is nice, I'm not sure I would buy it again."

    "Page refreshes slow"

"Is to slow and you can not upgrade your RAMS."

"very slow, the touch screen does not work very well."

    "Bit slow, but not annoying."

"Suffers from too many freezing incidents for a brand new computer "

"Nothing is good about it. Meant to be fast but it is so slow to load...waste of money. Only the colour is good about it."

"The worse laptop I have ever bought, performance is disappointing keep freezing. With Windows 10 is a joke. The old style hard drive can't cope with few gb not saying what would happend if you try put over 100 gb. After giving laptop back to shop and getting thing back I took it back to shop and supervisor in the shopsaid: laptop is fast and working fine. When I ve done right click to see list of options after 20 second you got list of options I ve tried copy .... forget."

" Rubbish at booting up. Slow, poor battery life. Unresponsive to commands given. Operates like an old pic you need to replace."

" Yes the way that the Curry's store had pre-loaded software. It was very corrupt and full if pop ups and very unstable. They also charged me £30 for the privilege of so called setting it up. It took me nearly three months to get it to run properly and I needed to buy a malware programme to clear the programmes that had corrupted the registry. If you are going to buy a computer from Curry,s do not allow them to set it up for you."

Most laptops come with RUBBISH on them,it's up to the new owner to remove this stuff.

You can also stop most of it from loading at start up, simply right click on the task bar, choose task manager
then go to the start up option and choose disable, this will help a lot.

Do you mean "msconfig"? I'll try to find this when I switch the laptop on, but, firstly, I have to buy it. :)
