Which hard drive solution is best/fastest?

    I am looking to replace the 8GB SSD with something faster to speed up XP.

    Not necessarily bigger though. I doubt I will see me using more than 20GB of storage.

    I've seen some compact flash 300x options around and hard drives but which is the best "bang for the buck" option and do I need any special parts with the CF or a HD?
