I don't have much knowledge on these techy stuff and I need your help to pick which laptop is better for gaming. And if you have time, can you please explain why one is better than the other. I would really appreciate it. Here are the specs:

    Laptop 1: Acer Aspire E5-575G-72111

    - Window 10 OS
    - i7-7500U 4CPU (7th Gen)
    - 2TB HDD 2.5inch 5400 RPM
    - 15.6-inch FHD 1920x1080
    - NVIDIA 940MX with 2GB GDDR5 VRAM + 2GB intel 620vc = total 4GB
    - I year warranty

    Laptop 2: ASUS X556UQ
    - Windows 10 OS
    - i7-7500U 3.5ghz 4CPU
    - 12GB DDR4 RAM
    - 1TB HDD
    - 2GB 940MX NVIDIA DDR3
    - 15.6 inch FHD Reso

    Thank you so much!

Acer Aspire E5-575G-72111 will be best option for you. You get 7th Gen Intel Core i7 processor which can be boosted up to 3.5GHz. Full HD and 8GB DDR4 RAM are the usual configurations in this price range. Dedicated 2GB GDDR5 is there to cope up the display requirements when you play games on this laptop. 256GB SSD is there for faster disk access. Acer claims that the battery life is 12 hours which is really good for a Windows OS laptop. As usual, Acer has built this laptop considering the features and cost factors. You get all other required ports and features that a Windows laptop should have.
