where to get VCM software?

    Have Acer Aspire One D250. It has VCM software on it that supposedly increases video conferencing performance. Problem is, the person you are calling has to have it installed also. None of my contacts have it. Where can I download it from? Acer support won't answer my questions as my warranty is up and I they want me to pay for a reply!
