I guess it depends on your loyalties to places online.

I'd say Crucial.com, Mwave.com, Newegg.com would all be perfectly good. I use the three for most all of my product orders of any kind and have yet to be let down. MWave in particular is my fave.

I'm in Canada so I use tigerdirect.ca (same place where I got my AA1). For ram, they have same day delivery, which is nice.

Yuckkk. TigerDirect. Such a ripoff, plus they're overrated.

As for where to buy RAM...Does it matter? As long as they guarantee no DOA, then it's fine? Heck, Best Buy Canada is selling (or was) Corsair 2GB DIMM/SODIMM for $29.99. That's a pretty good price for 2GB, no MIR.

    Start short rant.
MIRs suck. You get the money like half a year later, lol.
    End rant here.

Happy RAM buying. Make sure you read a couple of guides. I found hmraao's (forgive me if I spelled his name wrong) great. Detailed, and good pictures.

I found hmraao's picture tutorial more clear. People who make video tutorials don't explain well. :p

I bought my Buffalo SODIMM for $15 on sale. :D I was so happy.
