What makes a better laptop with same spec but different brand?

Hi!, I need some expert advise!

There are sometimes that you find a laptop with better specification than other of the same price or even cheaper.

I'm going to buy a laptop and I'm between this ones and the ACER has betters specs and cheaper that the ASUS, why is that?:
