What is Palmrest USH Junction board?

    Can someone explain to me what is Palm rest USH junction board is for ? what are its functions are , what is it used for . I see my other board has a USH slot that takes in a ribbon cable and upon google research it said it supports palm rest junction board. googling is not help full so I am seeking help from veterans on here
