Weird Vista Wireless Standby Problem

    I'm having issues using the Acer provided XP wireless driver in Vista.

    The driver does work fine but when the computer comes off standby I need to disconnect from the wireless network and manually reconnect it before the wireless will work again. Has anyone seen this problem or knows how I can get wireless to just work when it resumes from standby??
