Weird Issue with Brightness

    I notice that, at times, the screen will get TOO bright (as if someone turned the contrast up on the screen) and things will get kinda neon-colored. But, as soon as I open a window, the brightness sometimes goes down to normal.

    I've tried restarting and it doesn't seem to fix the problem, does anyone else have this happen? Thanks.
