I work for a call center & we have about 80 computers. We use VOIP Amazon connect for incoming calls. We have a assortment of different brands of computers. The Asus x1400ea (about 9 of them) are having issues when receiving calls. The phone only rings once & sometimes not at all. I've been through every setting I can find & still having same problem. The other computers do not have this problem at all. I was just wondering if anyone has a solution to this problem or knows of anything I could check. Thanks
