From power button press to (XP Desktop in 40sec) Yahoo website(in Firefox 3) in about 60sec..... AAO 110 1Gb - 8Gb SSD(Intel) running Windows XP Home SP3 & NOD32 antivirus.

    Video link:

This is the best I can do so far on the slow SSD.... this without EWF. Seems good enough.

That's what I'm getting with Vista Lite.

You can see it at the end of this Vista Install video (It's a tad bit faster than the boot on this video).

Your VISTA finished booting at 60sec..... On the same 60sec my XP setup has Firefox 3 and yahoo already up. ;) This with NOD32 antivirus already included on bootup.

Regardless, your Vista Lite does indeed boot pretty fast for Vista. Nice job. :)

Tamrac, you should really give EWF and Minlogon a try. ;)

er.. you're gonna have to tell me how you achieve that. I've just managed to install XP on mine and it takes up to 3mn40s to boot (!!) Any tip to reduce that would be greatly welcomed!
