I have a new Aspire 8935 but it has a strange problem. I start up and all I see is a screen scrolling red/green/silver etc. etc. If I then attempt to log on using either fingerpring access or ESC/password/ENTER, then all is fine. I can only guess that the intergrated graphics chip is not working, but when the ATI HD Graphics card card is turned on, following log in, all is fine. Anyone any thoughts; I ma NOT an expert!!
