UX21E won't start, power LED is on

Hi all, I have ASUS UX21E with following problem: when I connect power charger, power LED is on, no image on screen, internal fan seems want to start but it is only twitch, keyboard backlight is on only under power button. After 4-5 seconds power LED switch off and on again and all started again and again. I tried to use keyboard, hotkeys, function keys but no luck.
I hope somebody could give me a hint or show me a direction to follow investigation. Thank you all.

It seems to be a hardware failure, maybe cause by mainboard.
