USB to Serial GPS conflicts.....And fix.

    WinXP SP3 factory install.
    I use a Pharos iGPS 500 USB receiver with 3 nav programs. This worked fine on my last laptop.

    However I had problems with my AAO. Pharos receiver with its USB to Serial adapter is recognized
    and the data stream starts immediately, but the fix was erratic to say the least and failed within
    minutes to remain'locked'.

    Conflict was with two items in start up. QTZgAcer and eRAgent. With both these disabled in
    MSConfig, GPS is working fine.
