Thursday 9/30/2010 Microsoft forced an update to win xp. Prior to that the usb headset worked with all messenger type programs. Skype, Yahoo etc After the upgrade the headset no longer worked. Do you have any suggestions on what to check to restore the usb headset function? The Skype Yahoo software is set to usb (the headset works on another computer that has VISTA installed) Is there a computer setting that the upgrade may have set to the default mic and speakers? If so Just how do you reset it to USB?
