    Dear All,

I've problem accessing USB drives after I have switched back to Default XFCE desktop.
I've changed from Default Acer Aspire One Desktop to default XFCE desktop by following instructions provided at http://jorge.ulver.no/2008/08/06/acer-a ... nd-tricks/. After that, it won't detect my USB drives when I insert them into any of USB sockets.

Also, I've changed the wallpaper using Desktop Setting. But everytime I reboot, it will go back to empty blue background. I'll need to change it again at desktop setting. What did I do wrong?

    Experts, please help!!!

    Cheers!!
    Sean

Both of those problems get addressed quite early in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=39&t=4310 which is about a similar proceedure, so I'd hope they will work for you.
