Upgrade Windows 7 Starter to Windows 7 HP ?

    heyy all. i'm acer aspire one d260 user. you can check the spesification on my signature :)
    hmm i'm thinking to upgrade my netbook from windows 7 starter to windows 7 home premium. is it any negative impact to my netbook ? or i must upgrade my ram to 2 GB ?

    I have Windows Home Premium installed on my Aspire One 532h-2326, no problems runs smooth!!
