Update to W11 ruined my Dell G3579

    I updated my Dell to W11 and now my laptop only runs when plugged in. Also the keyboard is so sluggish I had to buy a USB keyboard to use it.
    And there isn't even a battery charging icon on the desktop.
    I reinstalled W10 which didn't help. Then reinstalled W11 and it has the same old problems.
    I've unloaded the keyboard driver and unloaded and video driver and had it reinstall both with no success.
    Am I missing something?
    I called Dell Help but the accent is so thick I couldn't understand them.

    How do you reinstalled OS? It was clean install?
