Unsure which laptop to buy

Hello

I was wondering if I could please have some advice regarding which laptop I should buy? I mostly need something that is lightweight as I will be using it primarily for university, so pretty much Microsoft Word, Google, and perhaps some light gaming.

I’m currently looking at these two laptops:

Dell Inspiron 14:

I’m unsure which of the two is better, or if I should scrap both and find something different. My budget is between £500-600 and would ideally like something that is not a 2-in-1 or a touchscreen as I dislike those.

The Dell Lititude E5570 is reasonably light with a wide screen and reasonable price on eBay for referbs.

 

Hello there. My advice if you're on a tight budget is to go for HP brands because they are durable and cheap. Consider a basic Intel Core i3 processor that is good for general use or work purposes only. Thanks!
